Street Photography

Not as easy to do when you are socially anxious, I tried street photography for the first time the other week. Sure I have taken photos of street scenes, but I haven't knowingly looked for people to take photos of.

I went to the Botanic gardens Edinburgh and wandered around. luckily it was busy enough that I didn't feel too exposed. I used my Nikon 3200  as I felt like I could frame them easier and I kind of just looked like I was getting a photo of the gardens half the time. It is definitely something that I would try again

A couple of the photos I prefered in colour and others worked better in black and white. I think it all depends of the quality of the photo or the colours in the photo. Turning your photos black and white focus' alot of the attention on the tones instead of a cluster of different colours.

I think if I was braver I would try and get into peoples faces more, but I am really proud of what I managed to capture from my first attempt.
